Refund policy
At Pet Island, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help!
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@shoppetisland.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@shoppetisland.com
